We utilize all the latest equipment from top cutting edge brands Naish and North Kiteboarding. Equipment has changed significantly in the past 4 years, so learning on the right gear is key to accelerating your learning curve.

Our instructors are experienced and knowledgeable, utilizing a proven instruction method. We offer instruction for every ability level, from first time beginners to intermediate to advanced riders wanting to learn carving jibes, jumping or landing jumps or more advanced moves. BASIC TRAINER KITE INSTRUCTION Learn the basic skills of kite flying and get a head start for your lessons

Land Instruction with a trainer kite, this class will teach you the basics of kiteboarding. Learn basic kite theory and operation and essential safety techniques. Hands on flying experience will help you develop strong kite control skills. Trainer kites are available for purchase. Cost: $75 /Length 1 1/2 hour

Rent a trainer kite and Learning video for 24 hours. Includes basic introduction to get you started, then you have a full day to master your kite skills and watch the instructional video. Trainer kites and videos are available for purchase. Cost: $35

PREMIUM HALF DAY LESSONS - Beginners Three Hour class will get you up and going in a relatively short period of time

This class is taught on land and in the water utilizing a progressive range of kites for the safest transition into fully powered kiting. You will learn about kiteboarding equipment and set up, kite control and theory, safety systems, flying in a harness, launching and relaunching in the water, body drags, landing protocols, assisted landing, self rescue techniques and scenarios. All water time is with wave runner support so your instructor is there to assist and you are free to go as far away from shore as the wind and kite take you. Length 3 hours Cost: $299 1 Student; $249 per person 2 students

PREMIUM HALF DAY LESSONS - Advanced Beginners to Advanced

Designed specifically for your needs whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. Instruction available for staying upwind, board & speed control, riding overpowered or underpowered, jumping, transitions and more. Tailored to your specific requests. Water time is assisted with the wave runner. Length 3 hours Cost: $299 1 Student; $249 per person 2 students

SPI Kiteboarding provides all the latest equipment. Each student will have their own equipment to work with for the full 3 hours.

SUPERVISED RENTALS

If you are planning to spend some time on the island mastering your kite skills, SPI Kiteboarding offers Supervised Rentals to students who have completed at least 6 hours of lessons through SPI Kiteboarding. This allows you to practice your skills, using our equipment. The instructor is at the beach with you, supervising and keeping an eye on you. Supervised Rentals also include two wave runner pick ups. Cost: $175 per 3 hours Additional time is available at $50 per hour.

One on One training specifically tailored to your needs. This private lesson includes an instructor at your side with the waverunner at all times.

4 DAY COMPREHENSIVE KITEBOARDING SKILLS EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE LESSONS

From start to finish, this 4 day (3 hours per day) program will take you through basic trainer and kite skills, equipment selection, rigging and tuning for various conditions, safe launching procedures, water starts and more. Custom private instruction with wave runner support will get you up and flying before you go back home. All Levels Cost Private: $1600
